𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗙𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗬 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗡𝗢𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡!The Excellence in Family Engagement Award, presented by AASA and National PTA, honors superintendents who make family-school partnerships a cornerstone of student success. The recipient’s district will receive $5,000 to advance family engagement initiatives. Nominations are due are Nov. 5.

But for youngsters on restricted diets, the holiday’s focus on foods they can’t eat puts a big damper on trick-or-treat fun. Teal is the color of food allergy awareness, and displaying a teal pumpkin or a Teal Pumpkin Project sign lets trick-or-treaters know that the house is giving out non-food, allergy safe goodies to kids with allergies.See the link in bio for more details.
